The Lake Pleasant Spa The Wellness Centre has an indoor heated spa pool, steam and sauna rooms, a Vichy shower and a hydrotherapy bath. Therapies range from a firm Swedish massage and an eclectic Jamu relaxing massage to the more exotic and revitalising Bali Spa rituals. These rituals incorporate the Javanese Lulur - a sensuous body ritual that exfoliates, polishes and pampers - the Volcanic Earth Ritual - a purifying and refreshing ritual that purifies and cools the body. Take some time out to relax and rejuvenate at the Wellness Centre on the lake. Activities Leisure activities in this spectacularly scenic area include bird watching, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, hiking trails and whale and dolphin watching. Only a short drive from the Hotel are six famous golf courses, the Cango Caves, ostrich and cheetah farms at Oudsthoorn; as well as the many attractions of George and Plettenberg Bay.
