in our lounge. The restaurant is a Caribbean Style two storey
octagonal shaped building located as the name implies, directly
on the water’s edge.

The first level features
a bar and covered open air dining area surrounded by lush tropical
gardens and the sounds of the sea. Upstairs is the lounge which
is arranged in intimate seating groups of woven rattan, leather
and mahogany sofas and chairs. Spanish alabaster wall sconces
softly light the lounge in the evening.

Our
chef’s signature island cuisine is infused with local herbs
and spices. The freshest ingredients, fish from the surrounding
sea, produce from our own gardens and nearby farms are utilized
to create our contemporary Caribbean cuisine.
Special
dishes are featured daily and often use ingredients which are seasonal.
Our wine list is extensive and features wines and champagnes from
France, Australia, Chile, California, Spain, Argentina, US and Italy.
