The island is intimate in size at 3.5 miles in length and 1.5 miles wide and it is located just 3 miles off the east coast of Great Abaco. Bluff House deluxe rooms and suites each feature private balconies and ocean views. All are air-conditioned and have a refrigerator, coffee/tea maker and hair dryer. Deluxe Rooms have a king bed with sitting area and full bathroom with tub.Split Level Suites have one king bed upstairs. Bathroom with shower. Downstairs is a living area with sofa bed (double). Air conditioning and ceiling fans on both levels.

Luxury Upper Suites have cathedral ceilings and French doors leading out to your oceanview private deck. This suite has a king size bed, sitting area with sofa bed and a full size bathroom with tub.
One Bedroom Villa These spacious villas have a bedroom with either a king or a queen size bed, bathroom with a shower, living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and ocean view deck.
Two Bedroom VillaThese are 2 units with the main unit having a bedroom with either a king or queen size bed, bathroom, living area with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and large ocean view deck. The adjoining unit has a bedroom with either a king or queen size bed and a bathroom.
The newest additions to Bluff House, the yachtsman cottages, are also now available for rent. Completed in 2004 & 2005, these pastel coloured units offer three bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas along with a private jacuzzi on the front deck!
The master bedroom occupies the entire second floor with a king size bed, bathroom and private balcony for relaxing moments soaking up the ocean views. These units are perfect for families or couples travelling together.

Bluff House has two restaurants and two bars. At the Jolly Roger Bar and Bistro the atmosphere is casual serving breakfast, lunch and dinner either indoors in the AC or waterside at the Marina. Here you can enjoy tasty cocktails from the bar while soaking up the sun by the pool.

The more formal Clubhouse dining room and bar sits in the main house on top of the bluff with panoramic views. It is one of the most enjoyable dining experiences on Green Turtle Cay. Here guests can savour hors d’ oeuvres, international entrees and cocktails outside on the deck before an elegant dinner. The house specialty is the Tranquil Turtle which mixes: orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, banana rum, coconut rum and much more.
If the view doesn't get you tranquil, the drink will! Menus in both restaurants are created by our chef, drawing from western Europe, the Mediterranean and of course, our own Bahamian cuisine.
In 2004, Bluff House completed the construction and renovation of their multi-million dollar 45-slip marina, the finest full service marina in the Abacos. From the professionally dredged and marked entrance channel (5' mlw) to the Texaco fuels and lubricants we offer on-site, our first class facilities make it the number one choice for the discerning yachtsman. Decked with over 12,000 square feet of Ipe (a Brazilian teak) the 45-slip marina has an angled design allowing each boat its own deck space. The Bluff House dock offers gas, diesel, electricity, and water hookups at competitive rates.
