Situated in the centre of  Andalusia and linked to all motorways, guests have the advantage of being able to quickly and easily access any city and its attractions.  Its location also allows those who wish to carry out meetings to arrive and return within the day from any city within Andalusia. Although the building dates from the 16th century, the hotel was totally reformed for its opening in 2009.  It has 21 fully equipped bedrooms with hydrotherapy bathtubs. Its facilities also include different and charming restaurants, bars and terraces., as well as elegant function rooms and areas to carry out all types of meetings and celebrations.

The chef, whose food is based on tradional and creative cooking, has worked with Ferrá Adriá in the award-winning El Bulli, which has been considered the best restaurant in the world throughout the first decade of the 21st century.  It  therefore grants the diner a gastronomic guarentee.


Whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner, with either the á la carte menu or the menu of the day for guests, with its panoramic views from the restaurant “Refectorio” you can marvel at the scenery of olive groves, mountains and water mills. 

The “Piano Bar” amongst the walls of the convent, is the ideal place to have coffee.
The “Tetería Arabe” (Arab Tearoom) is another exceptionally charming and intimate place within the hotel.
In the evenings, during the summer, you can enjoy the open air of the “Terraza” while listening to the sounds of the countryside.
In the “Bodegas” you can have a drink and enjoy the Karaoke or a flamenco dance show.

While respecting the building, an extensive spa has been constructed with large picture windows which allow natural light to pass through and from which you can relax and see the beautiful views of the natural place of El Torcal.
