The Růže
Hotel entices
its guests with an unforgettable experience where both
the hotel and its guests travel back to the 16th century.
Guests dressed in Renaissance costumes sit down to a rich,
candlelit, medieval feast. During the banquet, guests enjoy
listening to music of the period and watch the performance
of a fakir, belly dancer, conjurer/juggler, magician, sword
duelling troupe, and a Renaissance dance group that invites
guests to join them on the dance floor.
The Master of Ceremonies of the entire event is a herald who
speaks Czech, English or German.Satiated guests, who have had their thirst quenched,
set out around midnight into the meandering streets of Krumlov for the Mysteria
midnight tour, where they learn about the mystical tales of the ancient
buildings and the people who lived there. Along the way there are surprise meetings
with eerie characters and they become witness to mysterious phenomena and a sword-duelling
clash.
This night excursion often culminates in a romantic pub or in
the wine cellar of our hotel with a taste of a delicious old, wrongfully forgotten
drink: mead (fermented honey and water).
We assure you that everybody who has experienced the Rosenberg Revelry has
come away with an experience of a lifetime that has entwined the Růže Hotel
and the beautiful, mystical and mysterious town of Český Krumlov.
Program: (Music of the period, fakir, oriental dancer, conjurer/juggler, magician,
Renaissance dance group (with lessons), sword duelling troupe, herald, etc.)
