Southeast
of the city of Hamburg, located in the idyllic countryside between
the River Elbe and Nordheide, you can find one of the most beautiful
and charming golf resorts in Northern Germany. Two 18-hole courses,
which are completely different in terms of design, and a 4-hole
course open to the public plus spacious practice facilities await
you.
At
the centre of the resort stands the manor house built in 1776 on
the foundations of the old castle.
45
well appointed rooms and suites provide comfortable overnight accommodation.
The carefully restored manor property with its special atmosphere
creates an attractive setting for meetings, conferences, seminars,
banquets, weddings and celebrations. Let yourself be spoiled by
the catering facilities. You have a choice between the clubhouse
with the sporty atmosphere, the classical and elegant "Falkenstein",
the historic "Jagdschänke" or the Schlosskeller especially
suited for festive occasions.
The
rooms of the Falkenstein restaurant offer traditional and elegant
surroundings with an excellent and special menu.

It
has been a venue for the cognoscente for ages now and the Jagdschänke
next to the baroque church in the centre of the village is known
far beyond Lüdersburg. Specialities and regional dishes provide
a variety of cuisine. A warm and cosy atmosphere awaits you.

to Sunday from 18:00 - 23:00 hrs
Schloss
Lüdersburg also offers a programme full of variety on golf-free
days.
Just
45 minutes away from Lüdersburg by car, the Hanseatic city
of Hamburg is close enough to visit for those wanting to see the
bright lights. Berlin and Hanover are also within easy reach.
The
traditional and medieval salt town of Lüneburg is very close
to Lüdersburg. Many sights are waiting for you here –
brick houses dating from the Gothic and Renaissance periods, famous
churches and of course, attractive shops and restaurants in charming
courtyards, alleyways, and secluded corners.
The
salt springs of Lüneburg invite for a bath and you can find
saunas and plenty of wellness and fitness facilities here too.
Wander
through the unique and still largely untouched nature of the Lüneburger
Heath or enjoy a trip in a horse-drawn carriage. Find the little-discovered
cultural gems and villages still dominated by agriculture.
A
boat trip along the numerous waterways of the Elbe valley will take
you into a rich world of fauna and flora. Those travelling with
a camera will have plenty of opportunities for taking stunning shots
of a wide variety of bird life.
While
on the subject of birds, the Vogelpark Walsrode is also worth a
visit.
