The Greek cuisine Greek
cuisine, besides being unique, is a very “transparent” cuisine,
were the quality of the ingredients and every little difference
in the way of preparation offers a totally different taste.
In “Barbarossa Restaurant” all ingredients
are carefully selected and controlled, produced in traditional
or organic farms (where crops are cultivated without chemicals).
Meat is from Tinos Island,
fresh fish and sea food are from Myconian Sea, all vegetables and
fruits are organic, and everything is served with pure
Cretan olive oil. Local delicacies will offer you a fine
dining experience.

Hydropolis spa offers an extensive menu of over 120 face, hair
and body treatments, integrating the traditional Indian age-old
therapies of Ayurveda with the more contemporary western Wellness – Spa

Hotel has the exclusivity of “Princess Shanhaz Herbal
SPA” for Ayurvedic treatments, “Institut Esthederm
Paris” and “Algamer Thalasso” for western
treatments. An Ayurvedic consultation begins the minute you
walk-in. Pharmacist Mrs. Olga Papadaki is in head of an experts
team that designs personalized therapies and activities programs
for individual guest’s needs. In 14 treatments rooms,
