The Bettoja Group has an established experience in the Restaurant
sector: Maurizio Bettoja, wine merchant, originally from the Piedmont
region, settled in Rome in 1875, where he opened Hotel Massimo D'Azeglio
above the wine cellar in Via Cavour. Today these wine cellars have
been enriched with thousands of carefully selected bottles. Fine
